Hey, I make those frosted Italian cookies, too! I made them pink and green for Christmas. My daughter Susannah was told by her boyfriend’s family that they are called Zuccherrini (sp?). I googled this and found many variations, some which approached my recipe in looks and ingredients. Happy New Year, Jen!
