Hi Everyone!
Thanks for visiting! I’m a recently married twenty-something Bostonian and my husband and I have lived in downtown Seattle for almost four years. I am working as a private chef for eight Irish Christian Brothers as well as part-time at Salumi Artisan Cured Meats and volunteering at JM Winery. I thrive on entertaining and making memories with friends and family through my journey with food.
I’m half Italian (thanks Dad) and half Irish (thanks Mum), although I think my Italian side comes out as a lot tad more dominant. I always speak my mind and sometimes my personality sticks out like a sore thumb in Seattle. My family means everything to me and at times I feel torn between two cities. I use the word “home” interchangeably, which is confusing to many people (including my husband). I’m lucky to feel this close to two different cities. I’m addicted to Seattle but unfortunately you can take the girl out of Boston, but you cannot take the Boston out of the girl.
I hope you enjoy my stories and recipes and I look forward to building an exciting and fun relationship with you. Thanks for reading.
Jen
